Come and visit my city. Intercultural project

In today’s interconnected world, cultural exchange and collaboration are more important than ever. The eTwinning project “Come and Visit My City” brings together students and teachers from different countries, creating a unique opportunity to explore and share the beauty of their local communities.

The main goal of this project is to promote cultural awareness and communication skills by encouraging students to present their cities in creative and engaging ways. Through videos, presentations, digital posters, and virtual tours, participants showcase important landmarks, traditions, cuisine, and everyday life in their hometowns.

One of the most exciting aspects of the project is the collaboration between students from diverse backgrounds. They work together in international teams, exchange ideas, and learn to appreciate both similarities and differences between cultures. This not only improves their language skills, especially in English, but also helps them develop teamwork, digital competence, and intercultural understanding.

Throughout the project, students also use modern technology and online platforms to communicate and share their work. This digital interaction makes learning more dynamic and prepares them for the future in a globalized society.

“Come and Visit My City” is more than just a school project—it is an inspiring journey that connects young people across Europe, encourages curiosity, and builds lasting friendships. By discovering each other’s cities, students gain a broader perspective of the world and become more open-minded and confident individuals.

In conclusion, this eTwinning project successfully combines education, culture, and technology, offering students a meaningful and memorable learning experience.
